Wendy's CEO, Todd Penegor, dropped the bomb: a "game-changing" collab with Google for AI-powered drive-thrus! Smartphone orders, real-time updates, and faster service? Yes, please! They're not stopping there, though. Wendy's is on a mission to sprinkle some AI magic in-store too, with automation on the horizon.

Tossing complimentary food and drinks at big spenders is the new "in" thing, with restaurants adopting premium reservations like hotcakes! Tasting menus, private tables, and a hefty price tag are making hearts (and wallets) flutter. The Grill Room at The Peninsula New York and Marea are leading the pack, serving up exclusive experiences for $250 and $500 a pop.

Sweetgreen is showing us how to make a salad and eat it too! Q1 2023 saw them toss their losses down to $26.5 million from last year's $30.9 million. With revenue sprouting up and profitability on the horizon for 2024, Sweetgreen is putting the "green" back in salad!

The Donut King is staking its claim in the land of milk and honey! Dunkin' Donuts will grace Israel with its first branch this fall, and there's a whole box of 100 stores planned for the next decade. Latkes, meet Boston Cream!
